"We had an incredible 4 weeks in this property with friends and family, including babies and children. The location and view are just amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful and arrange periodic cleaning and fresh linens. I can highly recommend it and would love to return. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beach is incredibly child friendly and stunning blue. "

"We had a wonderful stay here. The staff are really welcoming and friendly, it was particularly nice to meet Rodney who spoke perfect English and introduced us to some wonderful new drinks while we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located overlooking the beach and so as you fall asleep you can listen to the waves. It’s a perfect base for exploring some of the adjacent islands and trips to Porto Flavia. We had such a good time, we forgot to take shots of the room, but the best thing is the photos on the website are representative of the hotel. Go on… book it! "

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem fantastischen und liebevoll gepflegten Haus von Graziella und Viviana. Die Gastgeberinnen waren wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, angefangen vom herzlichen Empfang mit sardischen Überraschungen über die mühelose Kommunikation bis hin zum unkomplizierten Umgang mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Wir haben selten so einen gepflegten Garten gesehen. Das Haus im Pinienwald war wunderschön gelegen und der Zugang zum sehr familiären Strand wirklich nah und für jung und alt gut erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!"

"We made the best of it and the area masua and coastline is very nice, the islands Sant’Antioco and Carloforte all lovey to visit.When you think you visit this beautiful island you hope your location and holiday home is also located nicely but this appartment is not, it is a flat looking on the industry. 4th floor.It is clean and big which is a plus and it has airco. You can not sit to eat with 6 only 4. The interior is ok.We made the best of things and find you should know this as we probably would choose differently if we know how the appartment was situated.We stayed in Iglesia before in a very nice apartment (same rate) so it was a downgrade for us.Rowan is a nice he offered us 50pct back if we wanted to leave, but this was not possible as friends where close by and we did not want to throw money away."
