「This was the worse looking hotel room I’ve ever been in. The ceiling was warping and cracked, the paint was chipped and falling, and the cover and sheets didn’t look well washed and pressed. 「AVOID! I have never had such a poor experience. I opened my room door and saw several bugs crawling on the floor and the walls. The top cover on the bed was clean, but the linens underneath were dirty and the mattress was stained. The room was nominally non-smoking but clearly smelled of cigarettes. I immediately turned around, turned my key in, and left. For what it's worth the staff did give me a full refund with little discussion.」
