「Spent two weeks travelling through Ireland and Larkhill House was our favourite place to stay! The house and our room was so beautiful! Beds were so comfortable and great pillows! Jenny was an amazing host, so welcoming and gave us a taste of real Irish hospitality! The breakfast was the best. There is a Lidl and gas station nearby you can walk to. Location was great, short drive to Bushmills, castle, Royal Portrush gold club and Portrush. I highly recommend and would definitely go back!!」

「The hotel was nice. The room was a small, but we were just there one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you don't plan on going into Portrush center city to eat, make a reservation at the White Pheasant restaurant inside the hotel, otherwise there isn't anywhere to eat near by. 「As always, this was my favourite place to stay during my trip. Canadian/Irish citizen, moving to Portrush, so having a place to get to know the area that's right in town is essential. The renovations are incredibly well done and the new beds are the coziest mattresses I've ever slept on. The staff, top notch. Super friendly and helpful. I was so tired checking in, I left my luggage beside the reception. Within seconds of entering my room, someone was at the door. With my bags and a huge smile....

We had booked a room with a sofa bed which had not been made up so we were moved to a family room which had two beds but very little room around them. We had to leave a day early as my mother was admitted to hospital but the hotel would not approve a partial refund. The breakfast was fine. I think this hotel is lovely but not really ideal for families. 」
