「The property is absolutely beautiful on the inside. However be prepared to hire a luggage porter (they work 24 hours a day) to bring your luggage up and down because the nearest place a car can drop you off and pick you up is 150 staircase steps plus some uphill walking away. There are 90 staircase steps to the nearest street which only mopeds can drive on and then another 62 staircase steps to the front door. It was a trek we only did once or twice per day max. 「We were there for just 2 days but we thoroughly enloyed our stay. The room was clean and brightly decorated-definitely a coastal vibe. Staff were pleasant and breakfast next door was very good where Amy was fantastic and helpful. Will definitely stay again.」

「The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.」

「酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。」

We'd especially like to call out Salem for staying late for us on our check in day due to flight delays that made us arrive much later than our original expected arrival time. Salem was very patient with us and we really appreciated the above and beyond service he provided. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel.」
