Would just advise to remind renters to snapshot the lockbox code & wifi from Vrbo app before getting off 220, since the reception with Verizon mobile is spotty. Easily just headed back to the Waterville hotel and got on their wifi to pull it down.」

「A lovely home and property in rural Potter County -- ideal location between Cherry Springs and the PA Grand Canyon. Best to plan your arrival before dark to navigate to property. 「Emporium is an old town so we knew ahead of time the home was going to be older. I think they did a nice job bringing it up to date considering its age. Beds were fairly comfortable. The detergent used for the comforter was a bit strong. Fridge's water/ice machine didn't seem to work but there was fresh water in the fridge for us guests.
