「My stay was phenomenal besides the woman who runs the desk in the am. Not sure what her name was but she was rude. Claiming I was not a guest there until I proved proper clarification of my stay. Outside of that no issues whatsoever, housekeeping was perfect couldn’t ask for better service. From the bathroom to the Bluetooth speaker. 「The hotel is beautiful and very clean throughout with many unique touches. The staff were all friendly, professional and well trained. 「Very nice, spacious room, well layed out. Nice Keurig coffee and tea maker. The ONLY thing we are not as happy with is the tiny refrigerator that is not very cold and no way to adjust it - need it for my medication and we were concerned it wasn’t cold enough so tried putting the room ice container in there, but it would not fit. So we just tied up the bag with a little ice to help. 」
