“Hot water was unavailable on one of the mornings. We had an afternoon event and the water was not fixed by the time we had to leave. No compensation was given because "it was fixed" But that didn't help us because we had to leave before it was fixed. Just because "others were ok" with it doesn't change our inconvience. Very disappointed with customer response. Major safety issue: Our third floor window had not lock or screen. We were adults but not in the least safe!”

“Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season.”
