No one at the reception to greet us. Coffee mechine messed up. Also clearly carpets are so dirty on communite area. It's the first impression for a guest to feel like a clean place to stay away from your home. inside the room is clean.

Parents weekend. My flight landed very late in NYC, forcing me to arrive around 3 am. I waited at the front desk for almost two hours, watching the security monitor and Superman on the TV hung in the corner - only chair behind the desk - no one came. I called the only number displayed for the hotel, but it rang the front desk, so I left a voicemail. I slept in my car until 8 am, when I woke to people coming/going. I went in, and the morning desk person wasn't going to let me check in until 3 pm, even as I explained what happened, that I had a room reserved, she refused to believe that I was waiting overnight, and the desk person failed to show up (I reiterated, review your security tape.) She kept pointing to a turned-over manager's contact sign (I'd suggest making that sign permanently visible.) 45 minutes later, exasperated, she called the manager, whom I could overhear, not believing my statement that the front desk was unattended, but allowed me to check in then. The room that the morning desk person gave me (115) didn't have cable or an antenna, so there was no television. I just wanted to sleep. The Saturday evening clerk was the most helpful, exchanging my nonfunctional key, and was shocked by what had happened. If there had been another room somewhere else, I'd have taken it. Admittedly, this was a unique situation, but to completely dismiss a guest who had flown 1,000 miles, rented a car, paid for their room, and then slept in their rental car... that's bad business.

Whole place was dated. Not even an attimatic door to enter. There were stains all over the carpets even the matting on wall art had water marks on it. One bed the mattress was totally shot in our room. Common area unswept & grosss. Front desk not attended at checkout with obnoxious car racing on the tv- loud. Coffee and sugar ran out empty canisters. Dirty. Sign by coffee warned of unsafe levels of undesirable contaminates in the water above the dirty microwave. So probably a blessing coffee ran out. We’d like a refund.

I did NOT stay here as the room was filthy and reeked with an odor. In fact, the odor was throughout the building. This place needs to be bulldozed. The front desk person was not accommodating at all. She couldn't make a decision without contacting the boss.

The room was perfect for a night stay where we were just there to sleep. The rooms weren’t the best we’ve ever stayed in but were clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.
