"Place needs updating. Old dirty looking carpet in room, old bedding walls & door franes need cleaning & paint. Whole place could use a good cleaning."

Rooms are old looking, crumbling sidewalks, carpet in halls and room looked dingy, looks like it’s been painted several times, bumbles and bumps, painted over vs sanding it down, wall paper seems adhesive isn’t sticking well. Pool area is a mess."
