De villa Olivier beantwoordt aan alles wat beschreven staat. Alles is zeer netjes. In de keuken is echt alles aanwezig. Indien er dan toch klene ongemakjes zijn, bel of mail dan naar het opgegeven nummer/adres en de verantwoordelijke beantwoordt al je vragen of komt asap terplekke Super service dus en een veilig gevoel om een aanspreekpunt te hebben. We zijn hier nog maar pas, maar voelen ons nu al thuis. Groetjes

We verbleven 2x binnen 3 weken in het hotel. De kamers waren oké maar, vooral de 2e keer, was het restaurant en dan mn de bediening niet oké. Samengevat...onpersoonlijk en chaotisch... jammer. Vorig jaar was onze ervaring goed. Hopelijk was dit een incident. Als we in de buurt zijn zullen we gewoon weer boeken.

Il est inadmissible que cette location soit sur Abritel car il s’agit en fait d’une location de Belvilla Les paiements : nous avons du payer un taux de change euro - franç suisse car Belvilla réside en suisse . Le prix payé n’est donc pas celui affiché dans Abritel Les relations avec le logeur : pas sms uniquement Autrement tout est en néerlandais en particulier les notices d’utilisation Ah j’oubliais la chambre parentale donnant sur la pompe de la piscine vous avez un bruit constant La localisation et indication de la location : totalement absente Je préfère m’arrêter la . Nous sommes allés après à Roujan où la location était deux fois moins chère et pour des prestations bien meilleures J’espère qu’Abritel lira cette appréciation et retirera cette location du site .

We waren 20 minuten te vroeg. Er werd nog hard gewerkt om het laatste schoon te maken maar we konden wel vast bij het zwembad gaan zitten. Toen we na een de afgesproken tijd gingen kijken of alles klaar was, bleek alleen de schoonmaakster er nog te zijn. De dame die ons had ontvangen was verdwenen. Geen enkele uitleg over het alarm op het zwembad, hoe dat uit moest, bleef maar loeien, geen uitleg wat we aan moesten met ons afval en ook geen pasjes om de containers te openen voor het restafval. Geen uitleg over andere zaken in het huisje. Was geen fijn begin. Het huis zelf was prachtig met veel privacy. Directe omgeving niets te doen, je moet wel met de auto weg. Ook voor je verse brood is de auto nodig.

Aankomst en sleuteloverdracht verliep goed fles wijn was een leuke attentie. Huis en zwembad hebben we echt van genoten. Enige minpunt dat ik echt jammer vond was dat ik de BBQ nog moest kuisen voor we die konden gebruiken. Ikzelf heb deze op mijn beurt wel netjes achtergelaten.
