"Clean room and nice bed"

"Here is why this review is so bad: this property has bed bugs. We found live ones walking around between the mattress and the box spring of the room. Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. "

"The room smelled awful! Bathroom outlet wasn't working, so trying to dry your hair at the mirror was impossible. The bathtub was extremely worn & the bathroom lighting was very dim. The A/C struggled to get the room cool, even turned down quite a bit. "

"I did not have breakfast. The shuttle was convenient but the driver was rude and not helpful. I had to b get the stepstool out for myself. When the driver closed the door he grabbed the step and threw it loudlyin the passenger door. When we got to the airport he opened the door and did not get the step for me. As a senior guest it was not a good experience for me. I had to climb out. "
