“I splurged on this oceanfront house so that my elderly mom, who has limited mobility, could enjoy the beach--and she did, as did the rest of my family! We could see the beach and hear the ocean from the house, including from 2 levels of a deck. We gave my mom the main-floor bedroom, which is adjacent to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab-bar. Entering the house does require going up a few steps. (This is just an FYI for others with mobility concerns; it was not a problem for my mom, and……

“This location was the best for us and directly above our favorite pizza place! Steps to a great beach and on the boardwalk. Only problems - washer and dryer didn’t work. White furniture looked dirty.”

The kids loved the pool, and despite some less than ideal weather we were able to fish and visit the water park, Go Karts, and arcade just down the street. “The property is in a very good location to the Beach, Stores,Restaurants and things to do. The house is very nicely laid out, with more than enough room for the 8 of us. Most rooms are on the main floor, with a couple of bedrooms upstairs. The pool is absolutely wonderful...very nice Weber Gas Grill on property in the pool area...a very nice pool table in its own room...a main refrigerator in the kitchen and a second one in a large walk in pantry room with shelves to store things. “We loved the location - ocean was too cold to swim in though, which was disappointing. Also - the ad said GORGEOUS views but I could see neither sunset or sunrise from my unit. That was also a little misleading. But overall nice stay to see the fam.”

“The condo was nice but a lot of steps. 17 steps up to main floor and 17 more up to bedrooms. Wasn’t expecting that many steps. But we got used to it. Cleaner forgot to clean unit so when we arrived 20 minutes early it wasn’t cleaned. Owner responded immediately and it was cleaned timely. Fryer didn’t work very well. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t have a better water view. Parking was easy and had room for all of our cars.it was a nice little neighborhood.”
