"My stay was great. I used the text line to ask for ice bc our machine was broken on our floor and it took a long time. Around an Hour. they said they were bringing it up but never did. So we had to go get our own ice. Other than that my stay was great and everything was great. "So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "
