「very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way」

「Excellent booking and communication with Filippo and Jayne who allowed us to bring our two springer spaniels to stay with us. The barn is exactly as per the pictures and is so well equipped it had everything we needed. The location is excellent and we were able to visit the beacons and the beach on the Gower (where I was born). A lovely relaxing break and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. 「We are best friends who don’t see each other very often as we live quite a distance apart, so needed somewhere peaceful and away from any hustle and bustle to relax and unwind whilst catching up. 「We stayed here as a family of 19 for 2 nights over New Year ranging from age 5-70. It was good as we all had our own individual cottages with kitchens, living rooms and bathroom which gave us our own space but the communal area is the Hall was being enough when we wanted to be together. Only issue was the gas heaters and log burners not working properly in a couple of cottages but electric heaters were available and there is central heating in two of the cottages. 「Bevan's House is a superb stay in Mid Wales. Located in between Lhandridod Wells and Builth Wells, it's a nice getaway if you're looking for a rural quiet area.The ace card of the property is the all day heated hot tub (which has a roof over it to use in all weathers). 「First time booking with Vrbo, so i was a little apprehensive, but everything went pretty smoothly.
