“Nice and thoughtful extras. Parking space, clear instructions. Lovely accommodation very comfortable. Safe and decent location for our needs.”

“The house was outstanding, probably the best we’ve ever experienced. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable for our family of 5, and convenient to the sites in the area. We would stay there again if we return.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home and hosts. The home is so well appointed, down to the silverware. Every detail is rich and inviting. Please ask for the breakfast. If the weather is beautiful you can ask for breakfast in the garden. Fresh orange juice, coffee/tea, and home made warm from the oven croissants and chocolate croissants. For a very reasonable price. Ask about watching a sunset from the ruins of a Roman fort! The owner has a wonderful map with local sites and……

“Excellent cottage! Super quirky and perfect for a large group. My husband’s family all met at the Langham vineyard (jut 8 minute’s drive up the road from the accommodation) to celebrate his 50th ; adults, kids, dog…we had a wonderful time and carried on the celebrations with an evening of chat in the comfortable lounge and some food in the spacious dining area before heading to bed (all 10 of us). Martin was a wonderful host, very quick responses and super accommodating. The whole area is……

“Perfect flat which contained everything we needed for a great stay. It is in an excellent location and parking was a great bonus to us. Communication was great with clear instructions and thoughtful little extras.”

“Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍”

“A wonderful stay in a quaint, beautiful cosy cabin. The location was very tranquil, surrounded by nature and the host has put a lot of time into making these cabins feel like home. I look forward to visiting again”

“Lovely place, lovely countryside.”

“The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem. The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. The 2 bedrooms had double and king size beds and third bedroom had 3 large single beds. All the people in our party of 6 liked the house. From the house, all the site seeing……

“Very welcoming and ideal for travellers with pets . Great location , walking distance to the coastal path and very close drives to National Trust areas such as Corfe Castle and Studland beaches”

“The property was clean and included everything you would need. The outside space was disappointing as it was just a table and chairs in a small concrete space rather than what is shown on the pictures depicting the outside space. The location made ot easy to score with a few shops, pubs and places near by.”

“Really lovely cottage, it's a bit isolated but really this is also probably one its positives as you can disconnect and relax. The cottage is a very good size, the beds are big and comfy and the owner is very welcoming.Great for dog owners as there are gate on the stairs and a fenced garden if you want somewhere for your dog to relax.Would highly recommend”

“Absolutely amazing stay! Wish it was for longer! The boat could have had some extra TLC but otherwise we will definitely return!”

“The house was clean, well equipped, and in a great location for exploring Poole and the surrounding areas. Communication was fast and helpful - recommended.”

“Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. On inspection of the……

“A very well located and equipped apartment. Only a short walk to the quay and old town and restaurants. Also there are shops only a few steps away where groceries and other supplies are available. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable.”

“The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is stylishly furnished and extremely centrally located. The secure parking, in such a central location as a real plus. It is literally moments on foot from the quay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Good host ideal location for us as we were visiting family living nearby. Great cafe opposite for breakfast a bit pricey but great food & choice. Short walk to pub/places to drink. Would recommend”

“Great house, very central and beautifully decorated. Team really responsive and lovely Comms. Thank you Joe and team.”
