「The location is awesome. Very close by of Florence downtown near the Tram. However, our bathroom had mold and the shower had jets that were blacked inside. Our AC in the bedroom was leaking into the bed and didn’t keep us cool. We also went at the restaurant on site and reserved a nice table. When we arrived for dinner they switched our table and we didn’t get the view we wanted. The pool is great for kids. It could be a great place full of potential but it is very run down.」

「這絕對是在佛羅倫斯住宿的超值選擇。飯店位置絕佳，距歷史城區10分鐘的步行距離，卻有相當寧靜的住宿品質，且附近有不少優質的餐廳和酒吧。民宿位於一間有歷史的住宅內，有電梯，且房間裝潢和設施相當舒適新穎。我們住套房可直接看到亞諾河，房間空間非常寬敞舒適，有免費使用的咖啡機和茶包，浴室相當整潔，淋浴間也夠寬敞。若從火車站來，建議搭計程車，大約10歐左右可以解決行李的問題。民宿職員相當盡責，任何問題都能以電郵協助說明，還有代訂票卷服務，可以代訂教堂、烏菲茲美術館等景點的入場卷和預約時間。離開時也很貼心的幫忙預約足夠四人和四大行李乘坐的計程車，服務極佳！
因為飯店民宿位於ZTL內，強力建議開車的旅人若選擇這間民宿，最好不要開車，省 去停車或車牌報備等各繁鎖程序。」

「The villa was large and spacious, just a note, there is only one shower. That wasn’t clear in the pictures on VRBo. We made it work! There is only one key provided l, we wish there would have been two sets of keys. The gas stove probably needs to be replaced.
