The location is fabulous in the countryside, just in the middle of wineyard. All the nicest towns around garda are nearby. The house is amazing, its ancient and very comfortable for four persons.

Arrived at 20:15 and was greet by the Host.Settled in weel with pizza from local pizzaria 10 mins away.Everything about the property is as listed.Lake and local towns are close and easy to find.Had fantastic walks around the vineyards with our dogs.Everything in the litchen you need.Definately 5 stars

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen, alten Stein-Reihenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es liegt circa 2 km von der Autobahn entfernt abgelegen in den Weinbergen, man gelangt mit einem Auto über einen längeren Feldweg bis dorthin (nicht für Sportwagen o.ä. geeignet). Die Località Tosini, in der das Haus steht, liegt etwa 2 km vom nächstgelegenen Ort Pozzolengo entfernt, dort gibt es Bäckerei, Café und kleine Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. in Peschiera. In dem sauberen, individuell eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt viele schöne Details, wie z.B. einen großen alten Spülstein, auf dem man abwäscht. Von der Terrasse und einem der beiden Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Weinreben bis zum Gardasee (man sieht die Luftlinie circa 1 km entfernte Autobahn, sie rauscht permanent ganz leise hörbar). Am und um das Haus kann man schön spazieren gehen und immer neue Blicke Richtung Gardasee erhaschen - schön auch als Hundebesitzer. Achtung, es gibt hier viele niedliche freilaufende Katzen. Wir durften unter eine Art Carport parken, so mussten wir uns um Gewitter mit Hagelschauern in diesem Sommer keine Sorgen machen. Die ganze Zeit stand uns Rosella, welche im dritten Reihenhaus wohnt, immer freundlich mit Rat und Tat (1x Stromausfall) zur Verfügung. Da wir länger als eine Woche dort waren, bekamen wir ein neues Set Bettwäsche und Handtücher von ihr. Man kann von hier aus die ganze Region südlicher Gardasee, Valpolicella und Verona erkunden.
