“It's false advertising to call this a "hotel." It is a seldom-staffed B&B with self-check-in by cell phone, no front desk, no tourist tips, and rather indifferent service. When we arrived, no one was there to open the door. It is just an apartment building, where the owners operate one floor as a B&B. We were only able to get in by luck, by begging neighbors to give us the phone number of the owner, who then texted a link to get codes to open the doors. The owner refused to give us a first……

“Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!”
