「Bad smell on all floors but the staff was so so nice!」

「Nice service, good experience」

「Very good location. Breakfast was excellent.」

「I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). 「Clean Room, Restroom, was quiet no noisy neighbors and friendly staff!」

「还可以」

「It's very clean and the service is good.」

「Couldn’t check in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned up. It was ready at almost 3:30, and there was no apology. The atrium was noisy until night. The 24-hour shuttle bus is convenient.」

「The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.」

「Good location for Mandalay canal walk in Las Colinas. Prompt check-in, friendly staff. Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.」

「Very nice place to live.」

「AC was noisy, the blankets were thin, staff were friendly」
