「我们意大利之行的第一天入住该酒店，因是早班飞机，八点多就到了酒店，服务人员很热心，为我们提供了周边游玩景点，待我们三点多回到酒店时，已经安排好了房间，并在房间桌子上冰镇着一瓶赠送给我们的香槟。傍晚值班的服务员得知我想为我先生策划第二天生日的惊喜时，给了很多很好的建议，并提前安排好第二天早上我们在用早餐时，由餐厅的领班和两位服务员一起送上鲜花、蛋糕和生日祝福，给了我先生一个Big Surprise。该酒店服务特别周到，地理位置优越，可步行达到很多著名景点如西班牙广场等，但酒店还很安静。」

Fulvia at the front desk was awesome - she helped us with an early check in knowing that we had just flew over 8 hours in the air from NewYork, made taxi reservations to be picked up at the airport in Rome and return arrangements to the airport. 「Good location. A supermarket nearby. Complimentary bottled water. Small rooms. No lift.」

「Very convenient location with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Also, Vatican is about 20 minutes walk. The hotel itself is fairly reasonable with breakfast included. The room itself doesn’t have AC and you have to open the windows which is kind of noisy. Also, toilet seats need fixing as it keeps moving.」

「La stanza è comoda ma qualche ritocco avrebbe bisogno. Intanto la vasca idromassaggio, sembra che abbia qualche perdita d'acqua quando è accesa perche vedevo un po' d'acqua quindi, porre attenzione. Se si vede acqua all'esterno, non va bene. Limitate a fare il bagno senza idromasssggio. Il climatizzatore fa in rumore strano e soprattutto il telecomando senza batteria che non sta acceso, insomma, non è il massimo. Insomma comunque cose aggiustabili, come anche il mettere il sapone nel bagno...
