One of the Best I've Stayed!

Excellent hotel! One of the best I've ever stayed at its class! The team is very polite and helpful! The room is large and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is also big! Everything is very clean and well maintained. Impeccable housekeeping! The breakfast is plentiful and very good! The restaurant is also amazing! Great dishes! The location of the hotel is perfect! Easy access to the city or to the highway. The only thing that could be improved is the pool. There is no structure at all. There are no chairs, tables or umbrellas. The water is very cold, even on hot days. So, I couldn't use it with my daughter. But this does not disqualify the hotel at all. It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Prato!

I had three rooms for my family. The people were helpful and nice. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable.The showers were made with very cheap materials, they did not drain properly, they flooded every time that we all showered and some of the racks and handles were loose and falling apart. Parking is not convenient. You have to walk to a garage that nust be accessed by walking around the building and only the hotel attendant can let you in. When we got to the hotel there were several young men loitering about 200 feet from the entrance. They were playing loud music, drinking, smoking, and making noise. The hotel itself was clean and chiq.

Hotel amenities and decor very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve had on this trip. Alot of hot selections and fresh fruit

The room was nice, very clean when we entered. However, there was no AC which was uncomfortable during the day as it can get quite humid in the room, especially after showering. The restaurant downstairs had great food. It was convenient that the front counter would call a taxi for you, so that was definitely a plus. It was quite a short taxi ride to and from the train station so the location is convenient as well. Overall a good choice if you are traveling in Italy and want somewhere close to Florence without having to pay Florence hotel prices.

Frokosten var bra, men mye søte kaker og lite sunne varianter. Sengen var forferdelig gard, men vi fikk overmadrass på den og det hjalp. Men en sur resepsjonist som var lite imøtekommende. Ko.mer ikke til å bo der igjen.
