“Lovely spot, close to the beach and several trails. There were some restaurants/food trucks within walking distance and about a 30 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The unit is fully equipped with cooking facilities so we were able to cook all our food. The complex is very nice and residents and guests were all very friendly and respectful. “We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. ”

“This quaint cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved being steps away from the beach and very close to all the amenities in St Ives. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the parking spot is a distance away because of the old town. So anyone with mobility issues might consider that. There are cabs for hire if needs be. Would recommend, it was perfect for us.”

“Michelle and Kevin were great hosts, really friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. The pod was exceptionally clean and well equipped with tea, coffee biscuits etc. It was in a peaceful location and within walking distance to Carbis Bay and St Ives, with its pretty cobbled streets, bars, restaurants and boat trips. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to return for another short break. ”

“Arrived here after a 6 hour drive and found the property easily. The house was clean and felt like home. The kitchen was well equip for all of us. There was 8 of us and was perfect.
