“Ellos fueron muy amables desde el minuto uno. Hay un piano y uno de los señores que recibe lo toca maravillosamente . El lugar es bello. Solo si no puedes subir escaleras puede en la planta baja ya que es un Riad antiguo y muy bello que no tiene elevador y eso lo hace original. Muy recomendable ”

“Très bien situé pour visiter Tetouan. Parking gardé payant à proximité. Contactez l'hébergement pour infos sup. Riad avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre Sahara confortable et conforme au descriptif et photos. Excellent restaurant sur place à des tarifs très raisonnables et qui sert de l'alcool. Possibilité de manger à l'intérieur ou sur la belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent. Personnel professionnel, serviable (est venu me chercher à proximité pour garer ma voiture au bon parking)……

“Hotel is located in town center, about 15- 20 mins walk from pier. Everything of the hotel is just OK, people may have higher expectation because it is a Parador. And service is poor, I was treated rudely when a staff delivered a hot water to my room (There was no kettle in room). ”

“Dem Hotel könnte ich 4 marokkanische Stern geben. Sehr modern und schön ist das Hotel. Die Gegend ist eine gehobene Stadt. Das Hotel- Personal ist nicht so wie andere Städte sehr herzlich/ freundlich/ Gastfreundlich, das hat aber mit der Gegend Zutun, nicht negativ gemeint. Das Hotel könnte ich jedem empfehlen.”

“Très bien. Très confortable. Vue sympa sur la ville (j'étais au 6è). Hôtel facile à trouver (paneaux de signalisation sur la route l'indiquant). Seul bémol, j'avais choisi cet hôtel spécifique parce que le site indiquait des machines à laver disponibles, ce qui était un critère indispensable pour moi à cette étape. Arrivé sur place, ce service est inexistant et n'a jamais existé...”

“Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est pas mal, personnel très sympathique et agréable. Par contre le seul inconvénient c'est que les chambres sont très humides, les moustiques nous ont bouffer, a améliorer. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention the employee, Adnan. A slight discomfort occurred when we had a coffee 20 minutes after breakfast, which a staff member charged us for. However, another employee went to great lengths to obtain the necessary change for us. :-)”

“-Bruit de la route assourdissant car logement mal isolé, -litterie inconfortable, -pas de savon dans la douche, -pas de panier à poubelle, -une des 2 chaises dans le balcon est cassée, -Piscine hors service le lundi, sans que nous soyons prévenus. -confort général quasi absent”
