"Great hotel overall — clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. A few downsides: construction noise in the middle of the day, the beach staff ran out of towels and it took a long time to get even one, and the breakfast selection was pretty limited. Still a solid stay, just room for improvement."

An all around delight that you should definitely experience. Can hardly wait for a return visit to be spoiled once again."

"Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ordinary. Pool clean - service very good. Room very noisy - day and night because of the outside traffic. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them. The apartment had a gas leak...

Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). Nous n'avions pas la télécommande de la climatisation. Points + : vue magnifique (coté montagne et plage) et le parking privatif en...

"Rental was very clean and felt safe. There are a lot of stairs and no towels/soaps, so prepare for that. Renter was helpful and available for questions."

"Appartement au 3 ème etage sans ascenseur ce qui n’est pas indiqué sur l’annonce,canapé à changer ou mettre des housses lavables ,tres sale, très mauvaises odeurs. Dommage car la résidence et l’emplacement sont magnifique , belle piscine(mais fermer le lundi pas indiqué sur l’annonce),proximité de la plage,résidence est très bien entretenu à l’inverse de l’Appartement de Robin."
