We had a very pleasant stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to mention the employee, Adnan. A slight discomfort occurred when we had a coffee 20 minutes after breakfast, which a staff member charged us for. However, another employee went to great lengths to obtain the necessary change for us. :-)

**Objet : Réclamation concernant mon séjour à l’hôtel Marina Smir, chambre 412** Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous écrire pour exprimer mon profond mécontentement suite à mon séjour à l’hôtel Marina Smir la nuit du 7 septembre 2024, que j’ai réservé via votre plateforme. J’avais réservé une chambre DELUXE (n° 412) dans le but de me reposer et de me détendre. Cependant, à mon grand désarroi, ce séjour a été tout sauf reposant. En effet, à mon retour dans la chambre le soir pour dormir, j’ai constaté que celle-ci était située juste à côté d’un local technique ou d’une salle extrêmement bruyante, ce qui rendait le sommeil impossible. J’ai signalé ce problème à la réception à deux reprises, entre 3h00 et 4h00 du matin, mais l’agent présent sur place s’est montré incapable de résoudre la situation, affirmant que seule l’équipe du matin pouvait s’en occuper. Il est inadmissible de rencontrer un tel désagrément lors d’un séjour à l’hôtel, surtout lorsque la raison principale de ma réservation était de me reposer et de me déconnecter du travail. Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu profiter de mon séjour comme prévu et suis extrêmement déçu par cette expérience. Je vous prie de bien vouloir examiner cette situation et de me proposer une solution adéquate. Dans l’attente de votre réponse, je vous remercie par avance de votre attention et de votre compréhension.

A la propiedad le falta mantenimiento. La habitación es grande y cómoda pero le falta mantenimiento. El desayuno estaba bueno y variado. El check in en expedia decía a las 13:00 pero las habitaciones no estaban listas sino hasta las 15:00. Creo que les hace falta personal. Eso si los que están fueron amables.

Kein freundliches Personal im Restaurant, Gäste werden nicht mal mit guten morgen begrüßt das buffet Katastrophe Tische sind lieblos eingedeckt . Man sieht kaum jemanden von kellnern steht, und wenn einer da ist dann ist er mit seinem Handy beschftigt. Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht weiter .

Niet tevreden en niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wij zijn niet tevreden over het hotel, bij aankomst hebben wij 3 uur moeten op onze kamer, omdat De kamer niet beschikbaar was. Wij hadden eerder aangegeven een kingsize bed te willen. Dit hebben wij niet gekregen. Wij hebben betaald voor 4 bedden en maar een 2persoonsbed gekregen. Daar hebben wij met z’n vieren op moeten slapen. Daarnaast vonden wij kakkerlakken in de kamer. Er waren te weinig handdoeken voor 4 personen, na het douche of in bad gaan was de badkamer helemaal nat, wat gevaarlijk is met die tegels. Daarnaast vonden wij de service ook slecht, omdat wij meerdere keren om bijv. Extra handdoeken etc moesten vragen. De badkamer was erg smerig (schimmel). Kortom wij hebben €1000 betaald voor 2 nachten wat het totaal niet waard was! Weggegooid geld voor ons. Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Se paga un precio bastante alto fuera de temporada y no funciona SPA ni piscina exterior ni interior, algo razonable al ser fuera de temporada, pero se debería de avisar previamente, ya que de haberlo sabido no hubiese reservado este hotel. Las habitaciones estaban bien, pero algo sucias, había insectos tipo cucarachas y se escuchaban ruidos por la noche entre paredes, imagino que eran ratas.
