「I’m giving it 2 stars because we asked for room service so our room can get cleaned we even put the sign on the door and when we came back from (mind you we left at 7am came back until 10pm so they had plenty of time) it was still filled with our trash and no new towels nothing was cleaned and we did not leave a huge mess」

That might have been at least ok but man are they in a hurry to get you out of there. 「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The...

「The hotel was easy to find. Easy travel to downtown chatt. And waterfalls. Clean in general. Parking lot felt safe and well lit. The staff were all very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was great! Food always tasted fresh. You could always grab water or coffee by the front desk which we appreciated. Amenities in the room worked great. The beds were comfy (some found them a bit hard to each their own). The elevator does makes an odd sound once you get to the 3rd floor. If I had one request it...
