The property was very good!! Lot of nice amenities like pickle ball court, swimming pool & play area where my kids enjoyed a lot!! Was very near to Prescott downtown as well !!

Great location in a neighborhood, but also in the pines. Nicely decorated and plenty of patio space on each level. We used the pool and pickleball courts during our stay.

Great location, ample space. Beds were decent but king size bed in Master’s suite is very high. It was a bit challenging to get into/out of for a short person:) Overall, nice place to stay, but it could use some sprucing up. That being said- it would be great for a family….

Nice place for family!

We love that we have enough space for the entire family when we’re in town. Definitely a home away from home feel at this rental. Nice amenities to keep the kids busy too.

Family Reunion Stay

We needed a place to stay for our Family Reunion visit. This place was perfect for families with children. The play ground was literally right next door. The outdoor pool was right next to it and so was the indoor pool. A bonus was having deer walk thru the property multiple times!

Great family spot!

Quiet neighborhood and you are right next door to the pool, tennis courts and playground. Less than 5 minutes to downtown as well! Great time hanging out on the three balconies.
