“While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. ”

“Very nice unit. The 1 br was a bit small for 3, but would have been ideal for 2. Nice location, nice pool and hot tubs. Quiet location with views. Easy drive into Sedona. I highly recommend. My only criticism is that we had to wait (about 20 minutes?) to get a parking pass from the time share sales staff. This could have been given by the check-in staff. Otherwise, it was wonderful!”

“We very much looked forward to staying at this property. However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. Also, the property advertises a heated indoor pool, and surely charges for it as an……

“Stayed at the cabin here. Has a tiny home vibe. Great location, excellent value for a family with small kids. They loved hanging out in the loft. My boy loves the Movie "Cars" and this place has a "Tow'Mater." The town of Williams has good food and a cool vibe. The pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Still a great value!”

“The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.”
