Just a note: Amtrak train stop is extremely close and their last stop in town is around 11pm and you’ll know it. This isn’t a knock on Leaning Tower as all other rentals/hotel in this part of Alpine would also know it. ”

“We had a great time at Fossil Knob! For our NYE trip to Big Bend our priorities were great views, a peaceful setting, and a bit of luxury. Our expectations were met and exceeded. The property is a collection of renovated shipping containers that contain all of the amenities of a typical vacation rental (hot water, a small kitchen, linens, etc.) set against the backdrop of the Terlingua dessert. It is isolated in the right ways while also being proximate to fun activities in the Ghost Town and a……

“First time staying here with my kids since we stayed at the Willow House, right across the street a year ago. Stardust is very modern and clean. But Willow House is bar none for the same price as Stardust coz Willow House has a swimming pool, free wine, water, ice machine 2 huge kitchen areas with all condiments provided. We still enjoyed our stay .”

“If you are traveling to Terlingua or going to Big Bend, this is the place you want to stay. Beautiful landscape right outside your door and minutes away from Big Bend entrance, little shops and a couple restaurants. Stardust has thought of everything you will need to make your stay better as far as the necessities in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoors. This place is a must stay at if your in the area! ”
