“Poor Hotel Stay Review Our stay at this hotel in Erie, PA, was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, we were uncomfortable with the experience. A highly violent movie was playing in the lobby during check-in. Had we been traveling with children, this would have been extremely inappropriate—period. The hotel itself is very run down. The carpet throughout the hallways and lobby was filthy and gave the entire property an unclean appearance. The outdoor was dirty, thus we were……

“I’ve only stayed in one room but the room wasn’t clean I felt like I didn’t want to touch anything there were a fragments on the floor that they mess with the vacuum or did not vacuum at all here in a Jacuzzi tub and I’m bald there was no washcloths hand towels or bath mat in the bathroom. The ear was stale and it smell like mildew and urine. I would not recommend this place on the other hand. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.”

“Staff was great. Room temperature was hard to control and noisy--didn't sleep well through the night. Was not happy about $14/day parking fee added to room charge for an open air lot across the street. Did not use the restaurant. Way over-priced. Food truck option out back was not great either.”
