The room was clean and neat and staff were very friendly. The pool went hot tub we're down for maintenance the weekend that we were there. They're continental breakfast is small but nice. In the in Hotel bar and small gym was a nice touch.

Room was clean and nice although we were disappointed that the pool was not working-which would have been nice to know ahead of time as we ended up having to go to a different hotel for the remainder of our time. But staff was nice and helpful and took great care of us.

Clean room. Cold tho. Marketplace was laughable. Two frozen food options. Start chips and granola bars. Breakfast was very good. Paid extra for “bay view”. Barely see water. Very misleading. Staff had little knowledge of area restaurants or attractions. Is it a requirement to be “ not from here”?

The room 112 was FILTHY! The jacuzzi was filthy with scum and hair even after cleaning it out hair will still coming out of the Jets. The lampshade were extremely dirty. The linens had not been changed! There was a dirty body rag that someone had used that was hanging on top of the shower. there were burn marks around the Jacuzzi tub and the landing, and there was a big burn spot on the carpet and front of the refrigerator that look like it could’ve been a meth bowl. at the end of it all me and my significant other was extremely disappointed. Nothing was changed. Nothing was to our satisfaction. We will not be recommending anyone to come back there let along us ourselves. We will really require and expect and refund of some sort of gift cards or something because that wasn't to our liking or satisfaction!!!

This hotel was a disappointment. The pool and hot tub where broken, no hot water the first morning, stained pillow case, only two very small bath towels. The room is very stripped down. No alarm clock, no toiletries like hand cream. All of this is fine but not for the price point they're asking.

Check in was good. Room condition not so good. Front door sticker plate missing. Desk chair when raised will not stay up. Tub had hair in it and tub stopper was missing. Sink water was backing up, needs to be snaked. Also only one large towel for two people.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel needs to offer better customer service. When u ask for a blanket or towels at desk the correct answer would be let me send some up not try to find the maid to get some. When u advertise ammenities such as a pool, it is unacceptable to be closed all 4 days of our stay. You cant save money with cutting staff and lowering maintenance standards. That just costs you customers.

The hotel wasn’t clean, check in staff was nice but night person was rude. Charged an incidental fee that is still on my card and we left over 5 hrs ago. Amenities were not working.

When I got there to check in there was a sign that the pool and hot tub were closed. Which was disappointing since it was Valentines Day Weekend and we definitely brought stuff to swim. The jacuzzi room however was perfect! Bed was perfect. It was clean with a great view! Breakfast was really good but I did have to heat the omelette and sausage up because it was cold. Waffles were good. I would have love to have known the pool and hot tub didn’t work. I would have stayed somewhere else. The salt water pool was a big part of our stay.

Front desk attendant at check in was very disinterested in doing her job, she looked like she was under the influence of illicit drugs or something. Checked in and 5 minutes later went to the desk and she didnt even recognize me. I didnt even take my coat off. Would not stay there again
