The property itself, though small, was impeccably clean and perfectly suited for two people who appreciate life's simple pleasures. Its size was accurately described in the listing. Despite its proximity to the airport, we were pleasantly surprised by the absence of any disturbance from passing planes. Overall, it was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations.”

“We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“Cozy one bedroom. Small space but perfect for one with gear. Two people and say bike gear and travel bags, cramped for space but a nice cramped space. The apartment is getting well worn. Be patient with the mini-split for climate adjustment. It works. The bedroom cadet wall heater is very noisy. The place hasn’t really been wiped down in a long while. Dust lint on everything. The bath towels need refreshed. Once nice and still thick but faint mildew from being around too long and not……

“I really enjoyed communication with Alexis...it seemed she was happy to answer all my questions and extremely prompt with her replies. My main concerns were parking and vegan eateries. Parking was perfect: off the street and safely behind the condo. She told me about a vegan food truck "The Hungry Herbivore" just a couple of miles from the condo...DELICIOUS! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was walking distance close to shops and markets. I'd stay there again, for sure.”

Not only is the property clean and well appointed, it includes thoughtful touches like air purifier, water cooler, laundry detergent, and first aid kit that you normally do not find at other places. “The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”
