There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with fresh hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The contemporary bathroom features a spacious and powerful shower along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. Just 10 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
