You get what you pay for. Staff was nice. Property was not well maintained or very clean. There is no restaurant on site, which was one of the descriptions I originally saw, or many places to eat nearby. Was further away from where we needed to be most of the time and walking wasn't a good option.

I know this is a budget hotel but I found general appearance & untidiness & uncleanness of the grounds & corridors very off putting. The room was OK but wallpaper was jaded, dirty & torn. The place had a stale smell about it. I've stayed in many hostels that were spick & spam. Painted & decorated nicely. Nothing flush. I was booked another night but cancelled because of it's state.

I booked this hotel.for my son., after reading really positive reviews. His stay was really bad. Seemed to be a hotel for homeless . Bed really uncomfortable and craked with every turn .Hotel very noisy during the night. Fire alarm went off at 0300 , and then someone knocked at his bedroom door at 0500 , looking for 13 pence !!!!!!. He had very little sleep and had to work today. Definitely a bad choice
