“I stayed here for a day and a half and was disappointed with the overall experience. When I checked in, I immediately asked about a late checkout. Although the website indicated late checkout options were available the last day of my stay, the front desk employee told me I could not extend checkout until noon when i checked in. Oddly enough, the app later prompted me for a checkout time and showed availability until 1:00 PM. The room itself was not very clean. The bedsheets had holes in them,……

“Their website and the Expedia website said they were pet friendly and accepted cats and dogs. I arrived after a 12 Hour drive tired and ready to check in to my reserved room. When I reminded them I was checking in with a dog they said only dogs 25 lbs or less (and no cats!) the front desk agent denied me a room because my golden retriever weighed over 25 lbs.
