"Staff is extremely rude, and will not do anything out of their way to help you. The room wasn’t ready until 1 1/2 hours after check in. The front desk was in no hurry to make sure we got the room we reserved. They tried to put us in a double queen instead of a king and told us we could wait if we didn’t want that. No apology, no urgency to get anything done. Just 20 customers in the lobby watching them do nothing. Punk staff with bad attitudes. Do not recommend. "

"I came to the hotel after a very early flight with a funeral to attend, and the staff member at the front desk was kind enough to allow me to check in early. Very clean, quiet, safe. I would stay here again—easy access to anything you need locally."

"The breakfast was delicious! Overall, my stay was very pleasant! The only thing I would have liked to be different is the indoor pool hours open 24 hours like the gym and coffee (not just decaf) available at all times. I would definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend this place to others!"
