“We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed. ”

“The usual high standards we have come to expect from this hotel, with some caveats. In the room the air conditioning, once so easy to operate has been changed, and is now complicated and unresponsive. Breakfast provision is outstanding, however, the service is not as good as it once was. Slow to clear tables and offer hot drinks, and the staff our not welcoming as we had become accustomed to from previous visits ”

“Nice breakfast package and rooftop bar. Professional service and decent accommodation, should be amazing with river view. We were offered with drinks during waiting time of our room. Spacious and minimal room which is eco-friendly. Appreciate if extra chair and mirror are there. All in all, we have a comfort stay here and it’s definitely an accessible location to many places!”

“整體體驗不錯，房內空間很大，廁所有洗衣機乾衣機還附上洗衣粉很貼心。但離鐵軌太近，住靠大馬路房間，鐵軌噪音挺嚴重、房間的插座與帶去的轉換接頭不知誰有問題，插上去會滑下來。”

“飯店地點很好，服務佳！我們預訂一間大雙人床附小廚房的房型，入住時飯店櫃檯人員表示可以幫我們分成兩個單人床，非常貼心！ 小廚房的設備齊全，連洗碗機都有，住在這裡7天6夜，可以去附近超市採買當地食材，自己準備早餐及晚餐，非常開心！”
