Welcome to 3 Butternut Lane Sandbanks PEC where nature meets cottage luxury. We are only a 2 hour drive east of Toronto, 10 minutes to Sandbank Beach, in close proximity to 32 wineries and breweries, and steps away from relaxing and fun amenities. Included are, a family pool, an adult pool, kids playground, walking trails, boat house, fire pits, fitness facility, lakeside patio, open air pavilion, basketball courts, and a putting green.

Our unique cottage has close walking distance to the pavilion, family pool, sporting courts, kids playground, putting green, and access to the private beach. The cottage offers lots of sun exposure and comfort.

End the night cozying up in the bug screened porch while watching the sunset. The property allows for 2 cars to park conveniently onsite without having to look for a spot.

You and your family have the entire house, all amenities free of charge, free private parking for 2 vehicles, and access to the beach private beach.

The cottage is equipped with a Smart TV that has features including Roku, Netflix, YouTube etc. There are also dvd players and tv cable, all free and included with your stay!

Fishers take notice! There are Black Crappie in West Lake, Brown & Rainbow trout in Lake Ontario. May brings walleye season in the Bay of Quinte, and the end of June brings the CSFL to the Bay to fish bass in the Bay and the Main Duck Island.

The Great Salmon hunt weighs in the Big Boys in Wellington all summer long. The Fall brings the big walleye to Picton where anglers from all over Canada and USA come looking for a Trophy walleye.
