The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles."

If they are going to work with third party booking sites, this policy should be also managed through them. Showing up late in the evening and being denied, and also having to wait 7 business days to receive a refund is completely unacceptable. "
