"Loved it! The bath down the hall was totally fine, always clean and vacant. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"The staff were very friendly and helpful, were able to get me into my room early. Room had recently been redone, spacious, clean, modern. GREAT VIEW. Convenient location. Pool was nice but chilly. Beds were comfortable."
"The staff, from an original phone call, with a question, until check out could not have been more amazing. Personable, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic are just of the few ways I would describe them. From the moment we arrived until we left we were engaged in an amazing way. We loved Betsy Lynn at the desk and her colleague, Vereema. Next time I am Boston we will choose to stay at the Midtown for the staff alone, although the beds and room were extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to see the finished renovation."
"Great place to stay. 20 mins away from downtown Boston by the time you walk to train station and take the train. Darling decor and was stocked nicely. Bonus perk with having noise makers provided. Our code didn’t work to access our unit but they were quick to respond and offer a solution to get us access into our unit. Excellent customer service!!!"
Beautiful studio in historic neighborhood of Boston. Super close to downtown!
10/10 Excellent
"We loved this quaint studio. It was spacious for the 2 of us with multiple places to sit, a fabulous kitchenette with everything we needed. The knife set was fabulous and included a knife sharpener. Very important!!! The bathroom was beautiful and Will did a wonderful job with all the tile! Comfortable bed and multiple pillows for any preference. The 4 stars for location/neighborhood were for distance from downtown, but for the price we paid, we expected that. There was also a loud party one of the weekend nights, but we had earplugs so slept fine. We had a rental car and also used Uber. It was a great central location for all we wanted to do including Cape Cod, Plimoth Patuxit, Maine, Salem as well as Concord/Lexington and downtown Freedom Trail sites. We were here for 10 days. We loved Will and Takara. Both are gracious hosts and kind and wonderful people. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
