「Exceptional 」

「hotel, food, staff...are all excellent, will come back again if we return to Krabi.」

「We stayed one night at this hotel in the Krabi area for a little bit of relaxation before heading to our next spot. The hotel bragged about having things available on site like breakfast that you could pay to order and a coffee bar. Upon arrival we had an incredible room, super comfortable, great bed, good air conditioning, but there's no restaurants or food available on site. You either have to grab something and have it delivered through the grab app or walk about 4 to 5 minutes down the road...

「員工服務親切熱情，飯店對設備及環境維護非常用心。」

「環境還不錯。服務人員都非常的盡心盡力。房間乾淨只是床舖有點舊了」

「Our stay was AMAZING and the staff was Fabulous!!」

「I think this hotel is kinda overrated. I wouldn't stay at this place again for the price I paid. My room was the standard garden view and my bed was not clean. Pillows were wet and smell. I am sure either they didn't wait until they are dry to put the cases on. The AC was leaking water on my bed and the bathroom was very nasty.」

「該飯店是通塞灣最大飯店，那裏的獨立小木屋，隱密性高，位置極佳。唯一缺點外面蚊子多。」

「The location is very good, can walk to the east and west coasts through the hotel nice garden, and the restaurant and swimming pool face to the sunset beach. Outside everything is beautiful but the room is old. There is no hot water in the bathtub in the outdoor yard,no slippers, and there is a heavy smell of sewage in the room. it is okay if you just stay for one night.」

「good room, pool and breadfast but many muscidae around the breadfast area. if offer free wifi is good.」

「Will stay in this hotel as visiting Aonang evertime. Quiet and clean.」

「If you like a apartnent pool out in nowhere with no staff, prison food and lots og bugs/insects, which is priced much higher then much finer hotels in this area, then this should be your choice. We are a family of 4. Prepaid for this "luxury villa" in advance for 5 nights. We had to pack our staff and find a new hotel after the first night. One of the worst places Ive been to compared ro the price range. Its a newly started hotel (jan 2026). It basically has no maintance or staff it seemed....
