There are two Ring cameras. One doorbell cam at the side door, and one floodlight cam facing the driveway.


HOUSE RULES


OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 12 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests.

SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.

EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 12+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 12 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.

QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.

PARKING: This house has a large driveway, with space for plenty of cars. Please do not park on the front lawn.

DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.

PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.

PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
