Friendly staff, loved the room and it was so quiet! The room looked out over a wooded area instead of a parking lot. One suggestion, time for a pillow upgrade...

Wow!! My son plays travel tennis and to have an affiliation with an indoor tennis club that’s right behind the hotel is amazing. They also have a great restaurant in the hotel, amazing weight room, and pool. Amazing wooded area to walk around at and enjoy your morning coffee.

The staff at this hotel were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. However, the hotel amenities and the room itself did not meet the quality I was expecting. The hotel is advertised online as having a hot tub in the pool area, and when I arrived, I saw that it was permanently sealed with concrete. The pool area was also a bit disheveled with dirty towels and water all over the floor. The king room I stayed in had mold in the bathroom and no air ventilation to allow for all the shower moisture to evaporate. The pictures of this hotel online are much better than the in-person experience.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed by the staff that they do not honor my King bed request. The staff informed me that they prioritize guests that reserve through their hotel app versus Expedia. Therefore, I highly advise against booking with this hotel through Expedia. We stayed for three days and had the same unwillingness to assist attitude from the staff. If you are visiting for business, it is important for you to note. They do not have a business center so if you need to print a document, you have to email it to them. My document never arrived to their email address and the supervisor at the front desk was super unwilling to go out of her way to assist in getting my document printed. Beautiful property, terrible customer service.
