"Spacious but lacked seating in common areas for the number of rooms. Generally tired and in need of a refresh. Hot tub paid for but cold on arrival as serviced before we got there and unable to use till day 2. They should either fill with warm water or advise it wont be available on day1."

"The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, so they are attending to some much needed improvements. Breakfast has so much potential but was really poor. One plate sent back after staff failed to enquire about allergies. Another plate was served cold (literally cold). "

"The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast choice was excellent. The drinks choice was very good. "

"All felt very dated. Walls and floors all paper thin, could hear everything from folks waking at 6am, with the addition of construction work right outside the window at 7:30am. Rooms, whilst clean, were basic and tired, and far too warm with no ability to adjust temperature. Pay and display parking (with no guest discount) is a bit odd too. Not sure what grants this a 4*, but it certainly isn’t. Get what you pay for. "
