“The staff there has been very helpful. Airport shuttle service was fast and responsive. Front desk personnel was also very helpful and welcoming. It was our first stop for the business trip and this hotel makes us feel like home. Would stay there again nex time!”

“Overall, excellent property. Good linens and nice and bright. Only item of concern is common area cleanliness. Elevators had dirty floors with trash on the floor and greasy handprints all over walls. Hallways on the 5th floor where my room was needed a good vacuum. Front desk service was amazing. Super friendly and organized staff.”

“This place was so charming from the minute we pulled in. They gave you infused hot towels and cookies at check-in. NO ELEVATOR!!!! I do not like that hotels do not keep their restaurants open, as was the case for us. It was a Sunday. The beds were great, pool was great, desk help was great. Phillys down the street had great food. Free parking! What a nice change of pace from the ordinary hotel room!”

“Historical B&B in a beautiful location on the Mohawk River, we had a great stay here. The place is filled with awesome antiques acquired by proprietors John and Pam over 30 years. The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. Located 22 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack and 45 minutes from Lake George, we loved being able to explore the area and return to this quiet inn. Breakfast was delicious and John & Pam were gracious hosts who provided great tips for exploring……

“Very conveniently located. Crossgates is right behind us and the University is just a few minutes away. Great price for a spacious suite. Gave me and my son room to have our own space. Nice front desk staff and great free breakfast. If he chooses SUNY Albany, this will be our go to hotel!”

“From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable. ”
