“Parking space is not enough. We’re lucky that the council parking in the opposite side of the street is free on Saturday night, so we can get a space.
Table top, shelf and hook for hanging clothes or bag in the guest room is not enough too.
Staffs are so nice and helpful, but the hygiene of restaurants tables and chairs need improvement. ”

“We stay here when we visit family and always chose the spa bath rooms, we love the room and it’s clean, warm, well equipped and very comfortable. The only negative we found this time was the room has started to look in need of a refresh. The walls are marked, there was damage to the mirror, canvas, frame on bathroom window. This is no reflection on the hotel it’s clearly been disrespectful customers but it does spoil the room a little as it’s always been immaculate. We will still be back as……
