Could be better: I think the speed of cleaning turnover could be better and the property could anticipate busier seasons. I already respect the 3 hour gap between checkout and check in, and I don’t expect to be ready before 3 pm, but if like me who checked in at 12 and came back later and let reception know, and patiently waiting in reception for 30 mins before 3 pm, I would have liked to think my room would have been prioritised to be ready. However at 3 pm I saw at least 2 more guests just arrived, checked in and given rooms, and when I asked about my room before any other guests got to check in, they still had to check if my room was ready."
