"Staff across the board was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I have stayed at this location several times and never had an issue. The woman at check in seemed rude but had no issue with check in. Check out is 12pm. 11am housekeeping attempted to enter the room waking us up from a nap. 11:30 the front desk called the room phone and was outright disrespectful to my spouse when she answered stating “CHECKOUT IS AT NOON!” To which my spouse replied “yes, we are packing our things and tidying up the room” 11:54 housekeeping again banged on the door and informed us checkout is at noon to which my spouse replied “yes noon not 11:54”. At which point 11:59 the desk once again called the room to remind us of the checkout time. At this point I informed them if they stop knocking on the door and give us a minute we can finish packing and will gladly be off your property. I have never encountered such aggressive staff. "

"Front desk staff was practically never around and never answered the phone. Blankets were very thin despite cold weather. I recommend requesting several. Nice building and amenities. Breakfast was meh"
