Welcome to The Vintage Victorian! Built in 1881, originally a single family, now turned duplex, with lots of charm and character but most important of all, lots of space! Each room boasting ample floor space with comfortable queen beds, dressers with mirrors, and closet space. Located in the Elmwood area of Providence where you are literally steps away from the city life of Providence!

First I would like to say Shane was amazing with communication. He responded right away, and gave us a great recommendation on a restaurant. It’s called Capri, if in the area give it a Try will not be disappointed. The place itself is gorgeous, love the decor and home. The cleanliness is another story, people had left food in cabinets and fridge. The fans had so much dust on them it was gross. So the only thing I could say to Shane is get your cleaning crew to look at things like that.

Beautiful heritage home in the heart of Providence!
Greatly enjoyed our stay in this quaint Victorian home — easy access to downtown via Uber/transit and located in a safe neighbourhood. The host Shane was great in communicating and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and efficient! Strongly recommended!

Beautiful Victorian house!
The house overall was amazing. Huge high ceilings, large bedrooms. Full kitchen. The only negative was the closeness to the road, it's a bit loud but the fans and a/c unit drowned it out pretty well. Parking was a but tight but it was nice to have off street parking.

Great location, great house!
Right in the heart of city life, with a great location that is close enough to downtown to get there with ease. The house is a neat old Victorian house that has a ton of charm and character. Shane was a great, communicative host and fixed a wifi issue with basically zero stress on our part. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest a noise machine because you are directly in a vibrant city neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in RI. Thank you for everything!!
