「The rooms were very large with loads of storage space. Large bathroom. Very clean. The breakfast was average. Staff were helpful when asked. Bathroom hot water took a while to heat up. Bed was a little firmer than I would prefer but overall a great hotel and close to mall. I will be back. Great price for quality of room you receive.」

「Like the cleanness of the room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing the hotel needs an elevator and some Ottoman or benches in the room to put your suitcases on. Had to put it on the floor. Overall it was good. In the future will give the other location a try.」

「This hotel can do better when paying at the hotel site. I booked on Expedia and quoted USD hence there is no reason that upon presenting my US credit card I am told there is a fee for using this card. The preferred option from the hotel point of view is to pay in local dollars. I didn’t have local dollars so I used a Guyana debit card which carried less fees.」

「Great Breakfast and clean rooms」

「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」
