“The location is very convenient for walking, and the hotel owners are very welcoming; they kept the room looking after. I look forward to coming back again.”

“A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.”

“The quilts are not soft enough. When I turn on the bed, the sound of the quilts comes. The door of the room hits the closet door and the bathroom door. Bad design.👎 Generally it is a good hotel.”

“Clean rooms, really nice location”

“The staff are excelent very patient and communicative. However the room itself had an amonia/armpit smell and mysterious white trail stains leading to the bed. Also the room looked fine it was mostly the smell that wasnt ok with us so we had to leave. Then yes we did ask staff for a smelling spray but even that wasnt enough to cover the very bad smell and we had to leave early.”

“The best I can say is the building has a lot of character and interesting custom artwork on the premises. The bedsheets seemed adequately clean.”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise……
